I never received my Heartbreak in This City merch. I ordered a T-Shirt in February.

 

Has anybody received theirs?

 

I’ve just opened a support ticket as it has been months

 

I tried to log into their store to check the status of it (as advised in the confirmation e-mail) but it is saying there is no account with my e-mail so I dunno what’s going on :lol:

I got an e-mail from the Steps Official Store this week, there was an issue with production so the order's have been delayed but they are hoping to have a firm date soon.
