Iconic :cheeseblock:

The Totally Scott-Lee series is full of amusing moments, but the premise of the show was truly setting Lisa up for a fall and the way some of the situations were handled was quite cruel, looking back on it.

My absolute favourite moment from the show was when she set fireworks off at midnight to celebrate the single being released, and the neighbour coming round to have a go at her for waking up their children.

 That is a stand out moment for me too!

Even her own nan was savage - "I put those pictures all around for her, she likes to think we take an interest" :drama:

https://muumuse.com/2017/03/lisa-scott-lee-mtv-series.html/ this summarises the show brilliantly :heehee:

I felt really very sorry for Lisa and the way this show was edited, even if the B-list at Capital thing is now iconic.

Electric wasn't a bad track at all, co-written by Guy Chambers even, and deserved to go top ten for her at least.

The odd thing I always found about this show and since, due to things like CelebAir and over-acting in videos, is how she is constantly portrayed as desperate. I didn't get that vibe from her at all during Steps original heydey, she always seemed like the cute and cheery relatable girl next door of the band.

It's only after they split up that she seemed to stand out as being 'desperate', partly due to this show no doubt but also maybe because Claire and Faye really disappeared from the limelight for quite a long time so Lisa seemed way more exposed and keen for fame - I really don't recall hearing about anything Faye did between about 2003-2010 for example, and aside from a few appearances, Claire was quiet after H & Claire split too.
