What do you think of Lisa Scott-Lee’s debut album?

Did you purchase a copy?

What are your favourite songs from the album?

Are you happy she finally got an album released or would you have preferred the release to be never?

How does it compare to other Steps albums and side projects?

I haven’t listened to this fully I’m about 10 years. I was so disappointed when this kept getting pushed back as

Lisa was my favourite back then

I’ll need to revisit this I think. I really like Lately and Too Far Gone.

My sister loved this album very much, when it was released.

Her favourite tracks : Lately, Electric, You're No Good For Me, Sleazy, Never or Now.

The debut Implies there was more than one. WAS THERE MORE THAN ONE. SJFJSK

Also I loved electric and knew that was by her obviously. The vibrator line has always stuck with me :kink: but at the time I had no idea the rest of the singles were by Lisa!

As for the album, all the songs sound the same and it's so LOUD! There's no respite from each loud same song. I SAID WHAT I SAID.

Loved ‘Lately’! Luckily the album got released some months later in the Netherlands. Some tracks are nice, some are a bit mweh. Full rating later!
And sadly not :(

Thanks, that’s a shame would like to add them on to the end of the album.

I think they’re on YouTube though.

I've never listened to this album, is it worth doing so? Is it a pop brilliance ala Rachel Stevens Come and get it?

Give the Spotify playlist a listen at the top! If you're not logged in on your browser it automatically gives you 30 seconds of each song!

I've never listened to the album, is there any track in particular that people would eecommendcstarting with apart from the singles.

I do hope they will add those b-sides at one point! My rating:

8/10 Lately

8/10 Too Far Gone

6/10 Electric

6/10 Back In Time

5/10 Obscenely Delicious

7/10 Boy On The Dance Floor

2/10 Give You My Love

8/10 Make It Last Forever

2/10 Sleazy

1/10 I'll Wait For You

3/10 You're No Good For Me

4/10 Rush

3/10 Never Or Now

Overall it comes across as a cheaper Kylie album. Sometimes it works with this album, most of the times it does not! No Rachel S. for me. Make it last forever is my favorite album track.

I've never given this a full listen! I've only heard the tracks that were included on the 2003 sampler. I'll have to check it out sometime.
I would definitely say that although I didn't much like the album, out of all the ones to go Solo, Lisa definitely had the strongest album!
Why Lisa didn't release the album in UK ?

Because Electric didn't go top ten.

Because Electric didn't go top ten.

That’s what I thought. It was to do with her Electric making the top 10 comment.

Boy On The Dancefloor and Never or Now were 16 year old me’s favourite songs for a bit!

She didnt really have much competition though!
