May 19, 20214 yr Author HYPE. It looks really good! I need to see the stage show. It's meant to be fantastic! I love that this is from the same people who did 'The Perks of Being a Wallflower' as I adore that film
October 27, 20213 yr Despite the really bad reviews, I actually really enjoyed this! So what if he's a bit old for the part, are we not used to that from film and TV these days  I really liked all the songs and even though he did a bad thing, I couldn't help but feel for him, being such an anxious and depressed kid. Who I really felt for though was Amy Adams, as seeing how much awards attention the show got on Broadway, she probably thought she was signing up for a Supporting Actress nod. Really excited to now hopefully see the stage show sometime soon, to see how they compare. "You Will Be Found" is SO good.
October 28, 20213 yr Omfg how old is he!? :cheeseblock: Worst casting choice in a LONG WHILE! Is that the guy from Pitch Perfect acting as a highschool teenager? Jesus.
November 29, 20213 yr This is so underrated. I really liked all the songs and the message. I think we need more films about mental health these days. Well, Ben Platt was 27 and looks a bit older than that in this film but Olivia Newton John was 30 in Grease. I think he is a good actor and singer. Connor should have appeared more in this film though.
November 29, 20213 yr I found that it packed a good emotional punch. I wanted to see more of Connor but I get why that didn’t happen The actions of the main character could easily have been horrendous through and through, but the way the movie panned out made you empathise with him more
November 29, 20213 yr Omfg how old is he!? :cheeseblock: Worst casting choice in a LONG WHILE! Is that the guy from Pitch Perfect acting as a highschool teenager? Jesus. If no-one had told me his age was a thing, I honestly don’t think I would have cared/noticed Maybe I’m numb to all of the American programmes that have done the same!
