You guys should check out the latest Chart Music podcast for a very entertaining discussion of Gary Numan (amongst others) circa 1986

Its great seeing some decent album sales, im not a big Olivia Rodrigo fan myself but its good to see an album selling well and for the sake of sakes etc i hope she can do platinum by the end of the year. Fair play to the Gary Numan fans out in full support of the new album buying all formats going.

probably not but usually we do get mids on a Thursday, if we do, im hoping Pink is clearly over 10k with her live album.

3,000 qualifies as 'thousands' to me... :lol:

 

I don't doubt that his sales are bumped up a fair amount by multibuying but presumably the bulk of that (and the pre-orders) was accounted for by the Monday update, he has still been selling well since then.
