I’m debating whether I chose the correct song as my 30 pointer. My whole top 20 or so could be favourites on another day.

That said, as much as I love the 90s, some of the #1s in that list are dire!

I think putting Robson & Jerome at the top was the right choice! :D

I think I feel a compilation coming on. :drama:

Yes if we can avoid the yearly breakdown then it will make the reveal a little more unpredictable peeps. It doesn't generally give much away but in instances where the year is zero then it certainly can highlight what won't be doing well.

Finally decided and input my scores! That was a lot harder than I thought it would be but happy with my choices.

11 so far- I'll be happy with 20 though- will promote in the main forum next week.

Voted! ^_^

I had been chipping away on reducing the full list of songs down to a Top 30 over the last couple of weeks and I have finally settled on a Top 30 I'm happy with. I've had to be quite ruthless though and a lot of tracks I love and thought I'd surely include didn't make the cut in the end! So many great diverse songs hit the top spot in the 90s.

Looking forward to seeing the results!

I agree around the diversity of the songs - there's a lot there I love, I lot I think are diabolical too, but was great to see so many different types of music making #1 in the 90s.

Exactly - and especially when you get to the second half of the 90s and the rate of turnover at no1 really increased, there was so much diversity at the top of the chart and different styles of music making the top in quick succession (even though in a lot of cases it might have been just the one week at the top).

Quite difficult sorting the best 30, so I've gone for the 23 that made my all-time "best-sellers" list and added 7 that should have been in the list but weren't. Once Ive jostled the positions a bit I'll send it through...
