17 this week (-2 from last week).

Will it beat Glory Days record?

What record? Weeks on chart? Or weeks in top 20? Even if it does eventually beat Glory Days in these aspects, it's not particularly impressive. I mean, it's a Greatest Hits album, and the hits will keep getting streamed. Album charts in this era of streaming are dominated by Greatest Hits albums.

I mean the top 20 record yeah. And possibly weeks on chart too.

I understand the charts aren’t what they used to be, but it’s still impressive IMO.

There have been hundreds of albums released since the album came out (including greatest hits) but this one is still on the top 20.

We shouldn’t diminish the achievement because it’s not ‘impressive’ due to it being a GH and being streamed - I don’t think that’s fair.

Maybe I didn't put my point across correctly.

This is an act that has released six top five albums in the past ten years, with five #1 singles and 19 top ten singles. The best performing of these singles are then packed into one album. It's thus no surprise it's still in top 20 after thirty nine weeks. Many of these singles are already in established playlists (both public and private), and will keep getting streamed like forever. Yes it's impressive if you want to say, but it's a reflection of their cemented status as one of the 50 best selling British acts of all time, one of the top 10 best-selling British acts who started out in the past 30 years, and the 2nd best-selling British GG of all time.

Putting all these into consideration, I had wished it spent more weeks in the top 10, although I think that will still happen.

^ this.

It's never going to big numbers but it'll float around the top 40 potentially even for years.

A boost when each solo album comes out and when they return and probably on their anniversary every year. They're THE girl group of the streaming era. As long as chart rules remain the same and they're in the public eye, it'll have trickle sales. It probably will over take glory days for weeks on chart but it will never reach those sales.

It will achieve platinum status and more which is good in these times and easily outsell DNA,Salute, Confetti and LM5.

The performance in America is disappointing.

The performance in America is disappointing.

Their albums charting lower and lower each time (4, 6, 13, 25, 40 and 182 give or take) is a real shame. :(

Everything about their Americsn journey was a letdown. I'm surprised they bothered releasing a greatest hits there when they only had 2.
Probably not this week with so many new entries in the Top 20, especially top 10 but maybe when that settles down they will be back in the top 20.
Nah not unless there's a big Christmas boost. Perhaps by March.

No real reason they wouldn't unite as a four?

Apart from Jesy literally leaving to save her life and then very publicly burning her bridges.

They didn't achieve much as a three vecause they didn't do anything. 2 of then had babies a few months after Jesy left. They still managed a no.1, and 2 more top 10s zero promo I think people will tune in for a proper album as a three but even if they don't they've got such a big discography and wrapped things up nicely that they don't need to reunite for every anniversary like other bands.

In fairness they had pretty much a full era since Jesy left. Their collabs and the album (which I guess was with Jesys vocals for the most part) done well but No and Love Sweet Love certainly underperformed.
