#64 on Spotify or #43 adjusted for Drake on its first day isn't 'shocking' if you ask me.

 

Personally I think it is when LM easily go top 20 on debut day (Top 25 max) it’s definitely one of the lowest openings they’ve had in ages.

 

It’s probably just because the chart is so cluttered and it’s been overlooked.

I agree that people haven't really had the chance to crave new Little Mix yet. They've been top 40 for most of the year with one song or another which is amazing but I wouldn't have said there's any real appetite for new Little Mix yet. Overexposure definitely exists in the streaming era - look at The Weeknd's muted response so far to Take My Breath for example!

 

That doesn't mean this can't go on to be a hit regardless, it just means the opening numbers won't be quite so high as the public aren't exactly starving for new Little Mix right now.

 

I like the song myself, it's not their best ever and I almost agree with it being their least good since Bounce Back (I prefer it to No Time for Tears, and One I've Been Missing but I think we're all ignoring that :kink:), but I'll definitely be giving it quite a few spins.

Not this performing like a 5th single off an album instead of a lead 😭.

I think it just happens to say promotional single and she's just focusing on the streams part of the fan tweet, it seems like a lead single to me. Jade called it the first single too.

I'd say this is the case too, it very much seems like an official single to me.

If this doesn’t do as well I don’t think it’s an issue anyway, it’s obvious the next single is coming in 2 months time...

But they're little mix and they can have as many flops as they want from here on out because with their discography they'll be able to tour for the rest of their lives and make music if they wanted to.

They've now all shared that image saying its a promo single which seems a bit odd, not that it really matters how well it does in the grand scheme as they've already had so much success this year.

 

I agree with others who say this is their least favourite single from them since bounce back, but that's still a solid 8/10.

Confetti wasn’t on Hot Hits and it’s second day drop wasn’t that tragic. The song isn’t good and I would bet this won’t ever enter the top 50, even if it does get added to Hot Hits on Monday.
