September 28, 20213 yr Persephonia are increasing foreign aid expenditure for Pagasa as we speak xx (I guess it's good that enough people liked it that it would have qualified if they voted on time?) Skall and Greenfroze were both highlight for me as well - Skall was my 5 pointer so that's now 4 of my votes gone oof. Wow at 30 points for last place in the semi though, I shall have to check if that's a record indeed... Yay for Greenfroze making it though, definitely a big standout compared to the usual K-Pop entries.
