October 10, 20214 yr Yeh the hottest record used to be just Monday - Thursday then Friday night would be a big dance record! Never knew they did it Saturday and Sunday’s too! Can’t see it ever effected by the chart as it’s normally something out that weekend or day!

Can’t see it ever effected by the chart as it’s normally something out that weekend or day! The first 2 weeks they did it, it was the song that was also that week's highest new entry in First Look (e.g. Lil Nas X - THATS WHAT I WANT) which meant they skipped a new entry in First Look cause it was played earlier. It's a bit counter-productive but I don't mind it in most cases.
