Hey all. I need help finding a new office chair, ideally with all the features like lumbar support, head rest, adjustable arm rests etc.

Would you mind sharing what you use, if you would recommend it and where you got it from.

Thanks ^_^

I have a cheap office chair that I got off Taobao and also a hand-me-down gaming chair from when one of the other teachers at my school left. They're both generic Chinese brands and I would not recommend you search them out but they do a decent enough job. I tend to use the gaming chair as it's more fancy and has a better backrest but honestly, office chairs are generally better for sitting for long periods if they do have a decent backrest, than average gaming chairs which tend to be overpriced. So any good office chair is what you'd want.

I do know that my obsession Mori was talking about getting a new office chair recently and she was talking about getting a Hermann Miller Aeron, which is like 5 times the price I'd ever be willing to pay for a chair but that's the top end of the range.

I upgraded my office chair a few months ago. I picked up a cheap 40€ thing in ikea at the start of the pandemic not realising how long I’d need it for.

It started to break and was hurting my back so I upgraded to a Markus (129€) and it’s been a god send. It’s the highest backed chair Ikea seem to offer and that’s vital for me. I am fully supported and it has a head rest.

As Standard it has fixed arms but it might be possible to add adjustable ones I’m not sure. Ive had it 8 months now and I love it
