Yeah its pretty much like when a band tries to play new stuff at a festival. Only the super fans care. The public doesn't. I wish their megamix was less rubbish. Nostalgia sells.

I can't believe this did 35-57-OUT

Now in the same league with One I've Been Missing lol

Do we think there’s any chance this can get back into the top 100 after Christmas? Even if it’s in the lower places.

Only if Hot Hits moves it up, it'll probably rise a bit given half the chart is Christmas right now but really depends on playlisting.

It's dead. A real shame. The three collabs all done so well but the three trio songs have all tanked.

Thanks, yeah I think it’ll need good play lostbsupport.

I love No but I can sort of see why it’s flopping. To me this could of been released by The Saturdays (Said it so many times now)

The girls do best when they have hard hitting big choruses and I feel No is a bit lacklustre.

Heartbreak Anthem, Sweet Melody, Touch, Power etc all have these instantly catchy sing a long choruses. No just doesn’t quite hit the mark in terms of gaining streams outside the fanbase but as a fan I love it!

These songs do feel rushed though I agree they are bops but pretty basic.

I still hope No recovers a bit after Christmas.

The chart run of Love and No haven’t exactly been fantastic but they don’t stop me from enjoying the songs and the group haven’t exactly gone out of their way to promote the singles (yes of course Perrie and Leigh we’re heavily pregnant)

I kinda get the feeling these singles were just something for the fans to get us excited for the greatest hits with some new content?

I really think the quality of the song =/ equal success. Have you seen some of what becomes a hit these days? As I have said before, No is a perfectly good Little Mix single (No one is saying it's as good as Sweet Melody, but it's better than Kiss Me for example that did fine due to it not being Christmas).

Regarding Hot Hits UK which is the main success factor for songs. All their singles (Break Up Song, Heartbreak Anthem, Confetti, Sweet Melody, Holiday etc etc) entered around #35 on there and quickly moved up over the next few weeks. 'No' entered at #46 and hasn't moved up in 4 weeks, so it's not really in for a fair chance, especially given everyone is listening to Christmas songs right now.

I feel like Between Us would have been a better choice than either of these two.

Pregnancy also wouldn't have impacted it as much because they could have worn big flowy gowns and just sat.

The song hasn't done well anywhere. It was supported on Apple Music but still flopped there. Normally Little Mix songs do well with downloads (iTunes, Amazon, etc), but No still flopped in those platforms. So I don't think it's just about Spotify playlisting.

I like the song, I like the vibes, and I still stream it daily. It kind of reminds me of Destiny's Child's Bills Bills Bills - one of my favourite DC songs.

Oversaturation is the problem. It would have also been the same situation whether it was Between Us or Cut You Off that got the single treatment.

Edit: I guess the only advantage Cut You Off could have had over No would be that it'd be seen as a dig at Jesy (is it?), and so the controversy might have helped. Also Between Us being celebratory could have also had an edge over No, as the latter's message doesn't particularly stand out. I still think neither of them would have made top 20.

i can't believe they thought this was a better single over 'Between Us' but then again LSL was meant to be the single and i guess this got shelved in case people thought it was about Jesy

Wow Spotify moved this right to the bottom of hot hits. They really didn't wanna support this era.

I really don't think Between Us would have done any better: it's not streaming friendly, and even with a little push hasn't done anything.

My hopes for a higher peak for this after Christmas get slimmer by the day

spotify are doneeee with this

I wouldn’t be surprised if we have one final single before tour just so they end on a high tbh

With the Brits being 8 weeks away, I wonder if they will perform? If they will, I suspect it could be a medley to include Kiss My, since Anne-Marie herself has been fairly successful this year too. Would be interesting to see how it goes off live! Of course, the medley should include No, with some decent choreo, and then Between Us with solid vocals. Oh I hope this dream comes true!
