Del Rio v Christian! Sounded like a very good match from the spoilers, so I thought i'd give it a watch ^_^

I loved their brawl after the first match as well. It looked so real with them rolling over the announcers table etc which you rarely get in the WWE anymore. And Christian is just so good. One of my favourites for several years now, and Del Rio is quickly getting there as well. :wub:

 

I hope Christian gets into the world title picture at or after WM now since he beat the #1 contender.

Brilliant. BRILLIANT match! About time Alberto got some decent match air time before Wrestlemania! He is excellent and I still feel we haven't seen the best in him yet! He has bags of potential to be one of the greatest Champions in WWE in the last few years! Far better than Swagger/Sheamus for sure. I really hope he manages to win at WM and goes on to have a nice, lengthy feud with Christian. This could literally go anywhere and if WWE would let them, they have potential to have some of the greatest, specialist matches in recent times for the WWE.

It was a very good match. I've heard though that Christian is only being used in the story to help Del Rio get over a bit more with the fans, but then Christian winning in the cage wouldn't really make any sense if that was the case, although I guess the after-match beat down of Christian will have helped Del Rio. Will be interesting to see where it leads anyway!

So it seemed to have started at 1! :drama:

 

Missed 35 mins or so. First match I saw was Justin and Heath vs Santino and Kozlov. The Kane and Show rush was goooood. However, it annoys me how they insist on playing their themes just before they run in now! It annoys me, so, so much! WHAT'S THE POINT? Surely you'd want to surprise your victims?

I'm honestly thinking about switching over whenever the Lawler beat down comes on. It's for some uncomfortable viewing! I'm not sure why because there have been far worse and personal beat downs, but I think it's because the promos from Cole have been bloody brilliant! I really can't knock him as a heel anymore! Although I do find it laughable how they still have him announcing matches like normal with Lawler without having him butt in and stuff... then suddenly he hates him the way he does? Just LOL. But I don't like the beat downs and I hope that Swagger f***s off soon. Kurt Angle was far better (and I wasn't even a FAN!)

 

EDIT: I'm also quite scared for 'Takers streak at WM! :( That promo seem to have been pointing towards a HHH win! :cry: If he wins I will seriously cry and die!

I'm still not looking forward to Mania after that Raw :( Sheamus v Daniel Bryan should be a good match but I can't see Bryan winning the title back so quickly....

Raw was majorly dissapointing. I really want a Money In the Bank match at Wrestelmania or even some sort of Ladder match.

There's no way HHH can defeat Undertaker! I think it's a pointless match tbh... HHH should have just retired.

 

I really hope wwe decides to allow blood soon, we need it to no longer PG... look at the ratings decline and buyrate decline. Snooki is the main attraction of wrestlemania is disgusting, last year we had Bret Hart in a match(no matter how bad it was, it was massive)

 

Apparently the rock is staying around after wrestlemania, if this is the case i can see him screwing Cena, which i really wouldn't mind.

Yeah. I think Cena not winning the belt is looking more likely. Due to The Rock screwing him over, or at least Cena turning heel at some point... The Rock is clearly only there to help Cena get over as a heel. (imo)

 

Cole vs. Lawler is disturbing and it's disturbing me a hell of a lot more than it should haha. I also get a horrible feeling Sheamus vs. Daniel Bryan - although a title match - will be pushed to being the dark match/opening match that doesn't get aired! :drama:

Isn't Mania 4 hours? I can't see any matches being moved to the dark match atm because I don't think there are enough matches to last the 4 hours. Will be interesting to see if any other matches get added before Mania.

Don't forget there will be some serious promo's and backstage footage etc... surrounding the returns of The Rock, Stone Cold & Possibly Shawn Michaels all under the same roof again. John Cena and The Rock will heat up. Snooki backstage stuff (probably getting replaced by Kelly Kelly - but Snooki will still be there no doubt) or something like that anyway. But yeah, they don't have a MITB match to fill up a good 20 minutes or so...

Good point, I always forget about backstage promos etc in PPV times. Hopefully we get some Rock/Austin interaction, that'd be good!

 

I wonder how long Taker v HHH will be? I think both of them are going to have to be at the very top of their game for it to even get above 10mins tbh, they both must be a bit rusty in the ring :lol:

Hopefully they don't keep it in the ring. I hate it when they have specialist matches and don't take full advantage of the fact they have No DQ's/Count-outs. Feels like a wasted opportunity. The only way I can see 'Taker losing to trips though, is by some interference, possibly from HBK... IF 'Taker should lose. But I honestly hope he "defies the odds" and wins. He must have this streak to go out with! :(

I don't even really like Taker, but I will hate it if Triple H wins, no need for it whatsoever. I can't imagine Taker will be happy to lose the streak either, especially now it's come so far. But then we know if Triple H wants to do something, it is very likely to happen....

Wade Barrett won the IC title, bit random, thought he would have been a favourite for the SD MITB match in a few months, but then I guess that didn't stop the Miz! And Christian beat Del Rio again, where is that going?......

 

 

The entrances for HHH and Undertaker at WM will probably take 30 minutes. :P
