To be fair, I'm not sure how much unreleased material exists for Spiceworld - for the Stop singles they had to resort to live versions and for Viva Forever they had no b-sides. So I think there might be little unreleased material from Spiceworld considering how quickly it was recorded.

 

Both Mel C and Biff said last year that there many more demos for Spiceworld than for Spice hun :teresa:

Ideally spiceworld will be repackaged with either a live tour cd or dvd, i think that would really make it worth buying for the fans, unless they release it as an individual release which i also wouldn't mind. Id love spiceworld to go top 5 like spice did for the anniversary release.

If they do CDs as well they will be fine to get quite high in the charts again, and Spiceworld really needs to be back in circulation!!

 

I think both the movie and the tour could have their own focus to be honest. I certainly hope so, as there is a lot of potential with releases for both.

 

The movie should be re-released on streaming platforms and the tour could easily have a live CD/Vinyl release in February 2023 to mark the anniversary of beginning of the tour!!

I am ok with not having as many formats. Clearly the Spice25 individual vinyls wont be repeated and the various cassettes dont make sense either.

Hmm if they don’t do multiple vinyl versions then we shouldn’t expect much from Spiceworld 25 in the charts… vinyl was the main bulk of the sales that Spice 25 achieved!

 

Less cassettes would probably be sensible because they really didn’t do too well for them.

TBH I dont really care if it makes it to the Top10 though it would be nice of course. I think if they have less formats but better quality, I will be happy overall :)

 

If, instead of 6 different vinyl variations where only the cover and the colour changes, they have say 3 but with more incentives to buy different versions, I think they will be fine as more fans will by more variants.

 

Many ended up only buying a couple of variations rather than the whole lot in the first place.

 

I think bring on variants but dont over do it and DEFINITELY get a Standard CD back in print, and they will be fine.
