A fantastic moment for Hossein Vafaei especially given he had visa problems when he joined the tour. He's a decent player.
The first session of the final of the German Masters is actually on Discovery +. I would have thought it would all be on Eurosport, apparently not.

Ronnie O'Sullivan was much better than the last time I saw him in action. I thought that match would have been 6-5. Glad I am not a betting man...

Barry’s first ranking final since the 2018 China Open. A long time for a player of his class but it’s good to see him playing well.

Neil Robertson has set up a rematch with Barry Hawkins in the final of the Players Championship.

The world number four beat Hawkins last month to win his second Masters title and the pair will meet again in Wolverhampton on Sunday.

Robertson faced England's Jimmy Robertson, 35, in the second semi-final on Saturday.

And the Australian, who turned 40 on Friday, won 6-1 to stay in contention for a first Players Championship title.

Neil Robertson produced a superb display to beat Barry Hawkins 10-5 and claim the Players Championship.

The world number four beat Englishman Hawkins in January's Masters final and was once again too strong as he powered to a 22nd ranking title.

Robertson made three consecutive century breaks to race into a 5-1 lead and compiled another ton and five half-centuries to seal the win.

That’s a seriously impressive haul of trophies for Robertson in the last 15 months.

- UK Championship

- Tour Championship

- English Open

- Masters

- Players Championship

And made the final of the Grand Prix as well.

On that form, you’d make him favourite for the Crucible, provided he can keep his focus over the long haul.

Nutcharut 'Mink' Wongharuthai made a dramatic comeback to beat Wendy Jans 6-5 on the final black and win the World Women's Snooker Championship.

A new winner was guaranteed after Wongharuthai beat Hong Kong's Ng On Yee and Jans shocked 12-time champion Reanne Evans.

Thailand's Wongharuthai went 2-1 up, but then trailed 5-3 to Belgian Jans before winning three frames in a row.

Victory earns Wongharuthai a two-year card on the main tour from next season.

She joins fellow female players Evans and Ng, who earned tour cards from the beginning of this campaign.
