15 of us voted - thank you  The results of the awards will be unveiled later. I'm sure a few of you noted which choices were leading each poll, but... pretend to be surprised? :claire:

... and it's now been 21 years since this single was released! :drama: Where has the time gone?! This is my favourite single from Steps' original time together, so I'm glad that 9 of you agree.

Best Music Video

WINNER:

HEARTBREAK IN THIS CITY [FEAT. MICHELLE VISAGE] [12 votes]

RUNNER UP: THE SLIGHTEST TOUCH (BACKSTAGE PARTY VISUALIZER) [2 votes]

This was the most decisive outcome - only three of us didn't vote for Heartbreak in This City! Due to Covid travel restrictions in place in early 2021, Lisa had to film separately to Steps and Michelle, shooting her scenes in Dubai. It made for a unique video for Steps, and became a talking point when some cheeky fans suggested that Michelle could permanently replace Lisa… but what would we do without our very own Queen of the Huns? The band oversee Heartbreak HQ, but what they do there remains one of Steps' great mysteries - but you can access it yourself with the inspired entry code of “5678”.

(Commentary by Jay and Jamesy)

The video is still very odd. I don’t see why they couldn’t have all filmed separately or superimposed Lisa in. It’s just such a glaringly obvious thing…

In another “let’s vote for the least bad option”, What The Future Holds Pt. 2 takes the win here, with just over a third of the vote. The band certainly made use of their neon logo, as they seemed to carry it everywhere they went this year, and onto the cover of this album was no exception. In second place, an arguably higher quality image of the group for their Part 2 comeback single, Take Me For A Ride.

(Commentary by Jamesy) [Jay: I'm amazed Jamesy didn't reference Lee's looks on either artwork x]
