The amount everybody has been hyping it up, Elden Ring - I like the ideal of FromSoftware Souls-like games and they look very enjoyable from what I've seen of streams though I've never gotten around to playing one before. I do really like 2D metroidvania games that are kinda functionally similar though - Hollow Knight, Blasphemous etc.

Also Victoria 3 assuming it's this year, from what info has been gained so far it looks like the best nerd history political simulator although as always with Paradox games I'll wait a little bit for it to be improved with patches and DLC (still not bought CKIII on that basis).

I have been waiting for this damned game since the PS4 came out and finally in 4 weeks time it is mine and here in my hands and I can’t wait

Yeah I got the 25th Anniversary Edition for the PS5 so it came with a PS4 version as well. The graphics are incredible, GT always has some of the best graphics of any game on a given generation of console, and the use of the new haptic features on the controller is really incredible.

I think there’s a difference in the PS4 vs PS5 versions in how the game actually runs as I only cleared the last special license test on the PS4 after countless failures on the PS5 πŸ˜… the PS4 gets extremely noisy when playing the game tho and the difference in loading time is so noticeable

I haven’t bought many games this year. Maybe just Mario Strikers which was just ok. I’ve loved the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC though.

I’m playing Zelda Skyword sword on switch. It’s really good!
