Does anyone know definitively the reason for Kesha's 'Backstabber' appearing yesterday?

It's been trending on TikTok for a while now, plus there was a lot of #FreeKesha talk over the weekend - I imagine it's a combination of the two. Luckily it happens to be a non-Dr L*ke track!

'Still D.R.E.' in the top 40 :cheeseblock: we love to see it.

 

Nothing even in the top 200 for Kendrick on Spotify either though? I haven't watched the performance tbf so maybe he just had a pretty minor role in it but I swear his involvement was the most hyped part of the show leading up to it. Although that was partly because people were convinced he was going to be dropping new material ahead of / during it which obviously didn't happen.

I might be repeating myself, but cannot see it becoming a hit outside the initial buys/streams. It's way too slow for radio and lacks any kind of enthusiasm. The beautiful (if you are into such a songwriting) lyrics just cannot save it.
