January 13, 20232 yr Love this! Her first album was a real nice surprise for me, after loving Castles, so I’m excited for this and sounds like it will be just as good going by Weekends.
January 13, 20232 yr This is such a solid comeback on repeated listens, she deserves a successful second era if the album is up to the same standard. Take away Freya's voice and I'd believe this was a Dua Lipa hit, loving the disco strings a lot. The chords are quite Wicked Game-esque too, really beautiful.
