That makes it even more painful.

Not that we will ever get it but id love official sales figures for all the singles since scared of the dark onwards as all the ones pre scared of the dark we have a good idea of their sales.

It just gets more and more painful remembering that as it basically means it sold next to nothing at the time.

I enjoy Neon Blue wayyyyyy then A Hunderd more and was deserving of a chart position if you ask me. That said, I don’t mind A honderd actually. The only let down is the video

It’s time for a new #1! The classic from their new material, Something, just dips back to #2. I still adore this track, it’s the edgy sound and video* of Deeper that helps this song back to the top spot. Also thanks to the lovely RSD of the vinyl that I’m playing quite a lot recently!

Great number 1 it's definitely held up very well over the years plus I much much prefer it something in your eyes as SIYE I do like and enjoy but find it overrated among fans from their newer material as I think many other tracks are better . Controversial opinion I know.

And I agree about the cover. I remember a populair Dutch popmagazine back Thorn being very shady about the styling of the cover/video. Shifting forward to 2026 they are long gone and Steps still remained
