It samples Livin' Joy's Dreamer. Original singer, Janice Robinson, is credited and appears in the music video. It entered the itunes top 100 and currently remains there.

I like it, apart from some of the lyrics from the two rappers. Good to hear Jaekae back, the old-school-garage style of rap flow he does is iconic. Its good they let the original euphoria of Dreamer thrive for the last 50 seconds or so of the track!

It looks like they just cut and pasted the original track like It was a bootleg

new version of 'Dreamer' out tomorrow by JANICE ROBINSON & LODATO. This time with re-recorded vocals by Janice.

 

 

 

We just may as well rename this the 'Dreamer' sample thread! I don't think 'Dreamer' is quite to the level of 'Show Me Love' or 'Push The Feeling On' in terms of numbers of times it has been sampled though.
