It might be because of the translation, as I didn't read it in English, and I would assume the translator did it very fast. But it's also kinda one long interview by Sam Lansky.

Yeah, definitely seems like a big issue translation issue because some fans in Germany and France have been complaining about that too. But I would say the original version is anything but poorly written.
