Emmerdale is winning all the rewards.

I think they flopped a bit with the ending, as they should have gone for a darker Whitney. They should have had her ENCOURAGE him to jump, showing her dark side. Grey could have started to jump, slipped, started hanging on, with Whitney going to stamp on his hands, etc. Then Grey could have grabbed his hand from nowhere again, forcing Whitney to help him up. As is, it was just Saint Whitney again.

Just catching up on Thursdays episode and it was brilliant from everyone involved. If the Soap Awards make a return this year I could definitely see Toby who plays Gray and the storyline in general picking up a few awards .

Lol dramatic much ... Eastenders isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

They are literally making a new soap, and moved Doctors into the better prime time 7pm, no-clash slot!

Actually, I think Whitney’s actions were appropriate for her character. She’d mentioned just the episode before how she wished Leo had faced justice rather than died and so didn’t want that for Gray. The fact that she found out about Kush and still wouldn’t let him fall shows a lot of character strength.

Another good episode tonight, I think they handled the aftermath quite well. None of the key players disappeared, except Mick and Shirley who had reason not to be on screen, and pretty much everything was addressed. Not the same thing, but I remember when a work colleague of mine ended up being arrested for peodophilia and the atmosphere for weeks was pretty much like the show tonight. Keegan especially resonated with me and how I felt at the time.

And I should have seen the Chelsea twist coming, partly because Pobol Y Cwm did a similar story a couple of years ago.

What an odd Tiffany return that was. I know it's soapland but hopping on a plane to and from Germany in one day to quickly scoop up Keegan was baffling but I guess it's better than him just leaving to go and find her. Impressive performance from Zack Morris this week, especially last night.

I'm also living for this Janine character development.

Returns for both

Bernie and Vi

by the end of the month to aid Stuart and Rainie's storyline.

Zack Morris was great this week . I think he could go on to potentially great things .

I thought it was a fitting exit for both Keegan and Tiffany .

I’d half hoped they’d binned the awful Vi off quietly.
Zack Morris?? EE literally stealing character names from Savds By The Bell now?! Who's next, A.C Slater?

You do know Zack Morris is his real name right ?

Anyways, Keegan as a character always bothered me. Just so mopey and emotionally all over the place. I’m alright with his character leaving honestly. He got a great sendoff too.

Zack Morris who is playing Keegan on the show however was awesome at playing Keegan, I was waiting for them to loosen him up a bit but shame that never happened. Kudos Zach!

It’s been great viewing the last few weeks I must say. They’ve wrapped up a ton and we have the expanded set. They just need to focus on the story a bit more and I think we could be in for some good viewing.

I think the idea lf Jean spending over ten minutes of screen time on a bouncy castle was more appealing to the writers than the reality was for the viewers.

The closing scene with Stacey and Jean made up for the bouncy castle scenes.

Honey does not work as a market inspector, it appears a filler storyline unless there is a twist coming. Honey and Jay together are forgettable as a couple, which is a big disappointment after her coupling with Adam.

And those great Jean/Stacey scenes continued tonight. Was Arthur a different kid yesterday? Didn't notice he'd been recast until today

He was different yesterday as well. I wondered who got hurt on the bouncy castle as I didn’t recognise him.

Jean and Stacey are amazing.

I wonder when mick is leaving

He was on the radio earlier in the month saying he'd only just been told about the storyline so it might not have even been written yet

'if he sings, this baby is never coming out'
