Linda has rarely been portrayed as a saint. If anything, she previously existed to prop Mick up and make him look saintly by comparison. He was never allowed to be portrayed as the cause of any of the Carter problems. That was always Linda’s job. She only got saint treatment when is was she and Mick vs someone else.

I don’t mind Janine getting a comeuppance as it’s unrealistic she’d get away with everything she’s done but considering all that she has done, it’s laughable she got such a big prison sentence for what amounts mainly to lying. Her crimes this time around just weren’t that great.

Lying about Saint Mick and Linda!! And yeah, Linda becomes a daint when she's not up against Mick, or axting out of character to make him look even holier etc

YASSS!! SORELY missed!!!

Big Moe I mean.

And that was a bi4 more realistic, with Kat clobbering Nish! I still don't think she'd have been scared of him. She could go toe to toe with Phil in a fighr, let alone little Nksh. Still hilarious how "even Raj" - juiced up the eyeballs in roids Raj - "couldn't hold him back" . Sure, Janenders. It's better than Stacey vs the weak stalker. She could have easily k.oed him, just like Kat could easily k.o Nish.

Im happy

Big Mo is back full time, i know she is a love or hate character but you need people like Mo mixed in

, i also think they should add one or two older cast members aswell, there is no one there like jim, dot or ethel anymore apart from Patrick who doesnt have much scenes.

That episode was played out really well, very emotional at the very end.
Its hard to invest in Whitneys tragedies as there have been too many which is one of the main reasons im happy she is leaving.

I can’t believe Bianca’s ‘specialty’ is still chicken nuggets.

And there we are, I said a while ago my acting coach would feature in these episodes and there he was playing ‘Vince’.

Not gonna lie, this is really boring me. The plot is contrived, a bit too like a public service announcement from saviour Whitney, I’ve never really believed in her and Zack as a couple and Patsy Palmer seems really flat.

It’s amazing to think this has come from the same place that recently produced George’s storyline.

It's surprising really considering we've had 2 Simon Ashdown written episodes but they were not it. I will say James' acting, particularly when he and Whitney were arguing tonight was spot on though. I was expecting Whitney's departure tonight. I don't see her coming back at all but I hope I'm wrong and she gets an actual exit.

They should have just had Whitney get a job away or something, and break up with Zac tbh, I don’t really see the point of them making her pregnant when she was leaving anyway too. If anything it’s marred Zac’s character with the way he’s behaved, just to give her an exit when it didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. They could have easily naturally ran their course if Zac really wanted his own kid instead of fostering and that fractured their relationship. Idk it’s just a boring as f*** exit for Whitney and kind of ruins Zac’s character but leaves him behind in Walford.

It does feel like Zack is only there to look bad in order to get Whitney to look good. A bit like Linda’s function when Mick was around. Whitney and Zack getting together in the first place was forced, random and completely plot driven. They wanted Whitney pregnant and Zack was who they plumped for. And now Whitney gets to once more flounce around demanding everyone gives into her latest whim and make them feel like they’re not worthy of they don’t.

I mean I guess it’s a very Whitney exit.

This tbh, but I've really been enjoying the setting outside of Walford, and the weeks playing out over a couple episodes! Shame they split up over this. It feels very unnatural and forced. Can't they be long distance?

Also, I would like to see Whitney having a baby and a foster child at the same time kn the Square. That could be a really interesting storyline, whilst devolping her family. Instead, they cut the storyline at the good bit and we don't see family/ character building.

I'm enjoying seeing Bianca back but these last two episodes have been pretty unnecessary?

I'm a bit annoyed at how Zac is being portrayed, he wouldn't just walk out on Whitney and the baby like that after everything, it would have been more in character for him to say we'll try and make it work with Britney and the baby in Walford, this doesn't really sit right as an exit story and has kinda been plucked out of thin air. Shona is a fantastic actress so they definitely could have done more and if there's one character that deserves a happy exit story it's Whitney. I'd have loved to have seen Bianca back in the square interacting with other characters as well, they could easily have done her exit story that way. Idk Whitney/Shona both deserve better imo.

Also wtf is the point in Sonia, she actually gave me a bit of the rage this episode just standing there with her face like a skelped arse, like you're a middle aged woman who's had a baby, your niece hasn't had that chance yet and has been through hell trying, put your own stuff in hold and be happy for her!! Throwing an actual tantrum at her big age lmao

The episodes have now come under fire by residents and the MP for Milton Keynes after the way the city was portrayed eep
Well, it wasn't about Milton Keynes. That woman literally said there were thousands of kids like that kid not in school across the country. That estate could have been anywhere.
The Milton Keynes episodes were ok but largely felt unccessary and stood out as a facilitator of Whitney's exit.
