Her exit definitely needs to happen like imminently. I'd imagine it's next week (fingers crossed). The only good thing out of it has been Bianca's return. I just wish she was sticking around

Get that awful character off our screens. Whitney ran out of mileage years ago and Zack and Lauren are the latest in a long line of punchbags designed to prop Whitney up as a saintly down trodden character. I’ve just had enough now.

 

Luckily everyone else seems to be giving the show life right now be it Linda’s scorn at anything Whitney does or Kat saying she couldn’t give a shit if Sonia was at the wedding or not.

You know something’s gone wrong with a character when I’m feeling sympathy for Lauren Branning of all people. Whitney and Bianca are such scum, I’ve actually lost hope anyone will properly put them in their place before they go. I even thought Lauren was going to remain silent throughout all that and was relieved she brought up all the bad things Whitney’s done.

Haven’t you been paying attention? Good old Whit is ‘one in a million’ and needs someone who can ‘treat her right’. He cheated one time just because she told him she didn’t give a shit about him or their unborn child and she’d choose the weird kid she met a month or two ago EVERY TIME. How could he? She deserves better. Couldnt he just cope with being doormat for her every whim for the rest of his life and just be grateful? Disgusting man.

 

I haven’t seen today’s ep yet but how exactly is Whitney gonna ‘do it on her own’? She has no steady job/income, no qualifications, no property and she’s just had a baby. She’ll actively turn away the man who loves her and she has admitted will be a great dad because she’s so vain she thinks her feelings are more important than her daughter growing up with a dad who loves her. Zack apparently deserves to lose everything even though he was the only one who cared about the baby before it was born.

 

I felt sick when she mentioned Lee this week. She was horrendous to him. Expecting him to fund her 1950s housewife lifestyle whilst not lifting a finger, beating him for being depressed and actively going after his dad at the same time. That was manipulating and sneaky and far worse than a one night stand. And whilst she was comparing Lauren to Max, did she forget the time she threw herself at Max?

 

This storyline is so bad it’s made me angry. Who has written this shit? Where are the Six? Where is Yolande? What happened to the good stuff?

That was my question too! She works on a specific stall, getting customers due to word of mouth ina small local area. Zack was esrning the money. She doesn't have a car, an income, a job, a house... ans now she hss two kids... How will she now get an income with two kids, one a baby, on top, away from thr area where she had customers due to word of mouth?

Whitney's exit was always going to dominate with everything else shunted to the side. Now she's gone may normal service resume
