Would be nice but I imagine he returns with Big Mo for the wedding and then sticks around. Would be nice if Kacey Ainsworth pops in every now and again to do some scenes.

A special flashback episode focusing on the Mitchell family in 1979 will be airing to tie in with Phil's informant storyline. Jaime Winstone will play Peggy (having previously portrayed Barbra Windsor in biopic Babs). We will also get Eric (Peggy's husband), Charlie (Billy's brother), Stephen (Billy's father), Archie, Glenda, Ronnie and Roxy all in their younger selves. Phil, Grant and Billy will also appear.

Another solid week. I'm a little frustrated that Callum seems to be the only one that doesn't know what's happened to Ben and no one wants to tell him??

 

Nice to see #41 Albert Square again with the Panesars now moved in, last owned by the Masoods (Iqra was essentially the last person to live there but we rarely saw the inside).

I've been watching on iPlayer for the past few weeks back to back, with the Euro football and the Commonwealth Games clashing with it.

 

Its a very interesting week, that's all I'm going to say. :D a lot of things are moving fast. :o

Great week for the Panesars/Gulatis though, a fantastic storyline for Suki.

I think Suki is my favourite character right now, such a complex, unpredictable character. Kheerat is great too. I'm not mad on the rest of the family but those two have been such great additions to the show.

Suki is such a complex and fascinating character portrayed absolutely brilliantly by Balvinder. I really can't imagine the show without her at this point.

Sam too, I’d expect, although the chemistry was barely there back in the early 2000s.

I'm happy with that return, one of those characters that's feels like a comfy blanket when watching the show.

Alfie and now him? No thanks.

I'm not looking forward to alfies return either.
