Looking quite a bit...like the last one with a few recent songs added.

Very much a rinse and repeat compilation with all the bold songs on the same compilation from only two years ago.

I hope they include Mae Muller on there for two reasons: one, because she’s representing the UK this year and two, it will indicate that the song will appear on NOW 115 in the Summer

Is that a problem? That’s just my opinion. I also miss the times where a new song would appear on a NOW spin-off before appearing on a numbered NOW. That hasn’t happened in ages

Mostly because Now have been stuck in the past for years.

 

It wouldn’t hurt them to put out another Now Summer, but with some new stuff included, or even Now Dance 2023.

Do Now still "produce" digital only compilations on the Now Music app or was that all discontinued some time ago? Just wondering if the songs they licence on there are an indicator of any future volumes.

 

Also, does anyone have any info on the latest Now US compilation tracklist for comparison?

 

Also(2), whatever happened to the European compilation Bravo Hits, is that still a thing?

I’d like them to press more stuff on vinyl, like they do in the USA!

The tracklists for Now Eurovision 2022 are out, there are two vinyl options, one with two records and one with five. At £100 I'm not sure I can justify the latter, as amazing as it looks.

 

Haven't checked to see exactly how different the CD is to the 2021 release, but it looks very similar, albeit with the addition of a few songs from the last couple of years and some different oldies:

Also, the record labels are clearly trying to bankrupt me on 28th April, which is also the release date for Freya Ridings' album, Now Yearbook 1978, the official Eurovision compilation, Bravo Hits 121 from Germany, and an Ace of Base singles boxset.

It's a reasonable update, adding lots of winners and classics that weren't on the last one, as well as some of the big hits from the last couple of years.

 

Bit weird that Cliff and Céline Dion missed the last edition! Then again it was only three discs, so there was space to put more on this one.

There’s nothing from this years Eurovision on there but the Eurovision 2023 album is coming soon and she’s on there so it’s an indication that she could be on NOW 115. No Scooch, Jemini or Love City Groove on there either

But still, I’d very much expect her and the winner to be on Now 115.

To celebrate 40 years of NOW, they should release a spin-off in November titled NOW 40 Years and have it as 5 discs with disc 1 covering 1983-1990, disc 2 covering 1991-1999, disc 3 covering 2000-2007, disc 4 covering 2008-2015 and disc 5 covering 2016-2023
