We might be lucky and steps might post about a chart position tomorrow, I think they did that before with some of the releases.

I’m not sure if I remembered to mention that I received my bundle yesterday. It was a little disappointing because my vinyl has a dented corner & the cases of a couple of the CDs had been damaged. The store didn’t package it very carefully, it was just all put into a flimsy cardboard vinyl sized box without any protection. I messaged the store asking for replacements, so let’s see if they are willing.

 

I just feel like, I spent £112 (including postage) on the bundle, so the least the store could do is package it with more care! I’ve also seen many fans mentioned they received cracked CD cases too.

Steps were interviewed by Sky News earlier, can’t find any clips online though (H mentioned it on his story). It’s a pity that they don’t post their promo schedule because I would have watched if I’d known!

I worked in admin about a decade ago and part of my role was to do the packing of various orders. We were taught how to pack to Mina use damage and if we ever got a complaint of an item being damaged we’d always replace it.

Thats shocking bad what you got, some good customer service will hopefully sort it out.

Their own shop seem to be having issues just going by the posts on this forum alone.
