As I said before the Doechii song reminded me a lot of Rico Nasty and she came pretty close to last in the semi-final when I sent her so I'm not massively shocked at Doechii going out too, but it did seem to have some vocal support and was a major standout in a very subpar semi so it's disappointing that it couldn't make it.

Semi 2 results are already better than semi 1, yasss for Pestolia and Skall making it <3 (I was unsure about the latter's chances). Liked the first 2 qualifiers as well.

With an anniversary entry designed in a lab to appeal to just about every voting base in BJSC, its...

Lotunia

and joining them are...

Kathaldazia

but alas we must now also begin the process of tossing the rejected entries into the blender of ignominy, starting with...

Omg yes! Didn't rly see myself getting through so that's a relief. V pleased to see FARC and Sovarasma through too!
Doechii's Crazy would have surely nailed my 18 pointer here. Who on earth legislated this absolutely dire robbery? I'm livid right now.

Next up, we have...

Hushkanukia

and

Aeroche

and we say goodbye to...

27 Rolloland (26 Points)

Woo for Kathaldazia, has already been a bit of a grower as promised x

The Eastovka song was alright (grew on me a bit on second listen as well) but again not a surprising last placer at all, I appreciate Eastovka's attempts at diversifying but unfortunately they're still just experimenting with various different sounds which all equally sound like complete no-hopers  I'm sure you'll find something that works eventually. x

Those last couple of pairings of qualifiers <3 was a little worried about Skall so I'm glad I had no reason to be.

The lyrics of that Eastovka song hit a little too close to home at the moment so it was a tough listen, didn't quite have room for it but shame to see it last

Well, one of my votes swiftly out with Rolloland aw :nocheer: yay Aeroche, I would've been extremely shocked if that hadn't made it!

Aeroche and Jadakissnia

Hushkanukia's entry is the best of the Moyka entries to date for me, sounds like something that will probably be another top 10 for her. But will it translate to anyone on the site caring about Moyka outside of her various BJSC entries this time I wonder - for all the success she's had here she's still almost entirely absent from any mention outside of this forum

Glad to see both Zanmatony and Pestolia through. At least there is some taste displayed here x

Oh excellent, thanks so much for the votes  video game trip-hop ftw!

I was really into the Dobago song on first listen too so that's a great one to be paired up with in the reveal.

Quite liked Rolloland's entry but it sounded similar to a few other entries imo so maybe lost out from that. Jadakissnia and Aeroche were highlights for sure though so I'm glad they've qualified ^_^

Sailing into the final...

Tartford

and

St Burbia

also missing out this month, we say goodbye to...

24 Utopia (30 Points)

Well this entry was the closest Iz has got so far to sending a VTuber song that passes as a normal song - unfortunately the thing it's passing as is J-Pop which also doesn't have a great track record so still not surprised to see it out but that's a shame as I did actually really like this one (got my 4 points). Sending all my energy to Tokyo Gegegay instead x

Pleased to see POPHub through!
