As previously mentioned by somebody I do honestly think the ME! release scared her... no lead single since :cool:

 

LWYMMD and SIO are some of her worst singles IMO too, it really irks me that her most recognised song is SIO, its not at all reflective of her artistry or songwriting ability <_<

Thankfully for her, she doesn't need to change it as 'Anti-Hero' is the absolute standout and a great, GREAT song! :wub:

Still has the top 5 and 13 of the top 15.

 

Anti-Hero's streams dropped by 12% from Saturday to Sunday and Sam/Kim dropped by 21%, so #1 is pretty much on lock now :w00t:

Believe me, I tried and tried, but I just cannot get on board with "players gonna play, haters gonna hate" and even worse.... "this, SICK...BEAT" :cry: :lol: Blank Space was THE single from 1989 for me, absolute pop perfection.

 

WANEGBT is probably my favourite lead single of hers, that was instant LOVE, although I do absolutely adore Mine too :wub: and Anti-Hero is now up there!

For sure BS is by miles the standout over SIO

SOOOO happy it's the one that seems to be growing and growing :wub:

 

Good to see that You’re On Your Own Kid is up to #4 (from #5) in the U.K. Midnight Rain at #5 (from #7).

 

 

 

The album is growing on me considerably even though it is quite samey in parts. Not sure if it may be tough to do from start to end with repeated listens as a result of this. My one main gripe (and it has been since ~Reputation era) is her faux "bad bitch, revenge taking vigilante woman" persona that crops up randomly in songs :lol: It seems quite disingenuous and inauthentic. But yeah apart from that, the album is growing and songs like Anti-Hero, Lavender Haze, Maroon et all are stunning. I'm a fan and happy she is SMASHING records out of the park. :clap:
