October 27, 20222 yr Sandstorm is a Summer 2000 dance smash which seems to have had its first release in late 1999, hence being included. Seems I needed to emphasise 'memeing aside' a little more :kink: Biggest highlights for me today include 'Lovely Day' (one of the most wholesome songs ever, RIP Bill x), 'Blue Monday', 'Losing My Religion', 'Come As You Are' (great back to back there *.*), 'Beat It', 'Creep', 'Tainted Love' and 'Careless Whisper'. And of course 'All Star' and 'Never Gonna Give You Up' :cheeseblock:  For some reason I don't really think of Dire Straits as being that big of a streaming legacy act - their greatest hits album occasionally pops up in the top 100 but is nowhere near a staple - so I'm mildly surprised they've had multiple appearances here and especially seeing 'Sultans Of Swing' this high, that is another good one from them though.
October 27, 20222 yr Cyndi currently the top solo female wouldnt have predicted that! There will definitely be a few more solo females tomorrow though.

October 28, 20222 yr My double AC/DC still to come prediction was right then, lol at them being next to each other though!
October 28, 20222 yr I wouldn’t have called Thinderstruck being their top track, the other two seem more iconic but hey ho shame Kate Bush couldn’t do quite enough for top 40 seconded Footloose being shit too, that should’ve been left in the past.
October 28, 20222 yr If I hadn't seen that these two AC/DC songs plus Highway To Hell had all done over 1bn on Spotify, I'd be surprised they were so high (not complaining though!) and Thunderstruck the highest.
October 28, 20222 yr Thunderstruck being the highest is a bit of a surprise, agreed that Back In Black and Highway To Hell are a lot more iconic.
