Oh so that second Rihanna Black Panther song does still exist. Odd that they dropped the soundtrack with it left off but it's just been tagged onto the end of it now.

Yep, it’s their equivalent of HHUK and has a similar impact on the Apple charts.

I don't know about the new Stormzy song but 'Hide & Seek' isn't uncommercial at all, it's on par with 'Own It' for his safest sounding single to date if anything. Especially with afrobeats being so popular this year.

 

And yes, Apple are more 'open-minded' to immediately adding the 5874th and 5875th algorithmically generated dance hits of the year :teresa: (Kim Petras though, sure, but not exactly as bold a move as it would have been had she not just been part of a huge #1 hit)

Dont think Hide & seek really resembles Own It

Maybe boring and dull is a better description

Miles away from Vossi bop

Again number 1 on AM, it seems like it's very big, also in the US.

That apparently does have traction on TikTok already so probably expect it to stick around decently, doubt it'll be a #1 contender though.

 

(It looks like it was on course for a US #1 debut though until Taylor ever so conveniently released about 6 remixes with all of them being temporarily only available as downloads on her website before being put on streaming today :P)

Taylor is the smartest, I'm surprised she's not releasing CD singles
