I've just realised my 4 DNQs this year have all had female lead vocals. My 5 qualifiers have all been male lead vocals. This goes against the general BJSC trend of females doing better.

You actually might not be a minority here. Back in Why So Sirius and the early days of Sovarasma, all of my qualifiers were male lead vocals until my qualification with Elohim. Even this year 2 of my DNQs were predominantly female lead vocals, and the other 2 qualifiers (Helene Bøksle and Eria) all flopped hard in the final. :(

I guess the rest of the losses were expected. Love to see the chart rundown theme from the 90s making it *.* I believe they made that chart ineligible at the time in Feb 1998 so it didn't melt people's minds listening to the chart theme charting on the chart (akin to Stephen Fry putting 'Room 101' in 'Room 101'). Propellerheads have quite a few other great T40 hits like “On Her Majesty's Secret Service” and “Spybreak!” from The Matrix and of course “History Repeating” with Shirley Bassey. :wub:

 

I mean part of me was sensing it, I'd had no hype in the slightest sooo...don't say I didn't warn you about next month :D
