December 22, 20222 yr The ONLY way I can see them winning is if it comes down to Hannah, Meryl & Wilf and they have it announced to them that there's one traitor left. I actually don't think Meryl or Hannah would turn on each other but we'll see, agreed the faithfuls don't deserve to win though! Still of the mind that Wilf hasn't made for THAT great TV. Aside from the gameplaying, he's a bit dull. I don't find him someone rootable or interesting really so that's what makes the last episode/finale so boring for me personally. same honestly. from the beginning he's been the traitor i've wished would get found out :( but now i just want him to win over hannah in the top 2 to see her set fire to the castle.
December 22, 20222 yr in any case i'm EXTREMELY grateful we've only got a few episodes of having to sit through wilf & kieran conversate. this could have been painful.
December 22, 20222 yr in any case i'm EXTREMELY grateful we've only got a few episodes of having to sit through wilf & kieran conversate. this could have been painful. Kieran clearly can't handle being a Traitor though as he basically cracked in yesterdays episode so easily. Although I think the only reason Will picked him was because he was a male and they think there is a male traitor there.
December 22, 20222 yr My guess for this eve: 5th = Aaron out - they all think there is a male traitor, he isn't in the main clique. 4th = Kieran out - Hannah and Meryl stay loyal to Will and vote out Kieran over him. As Kieran is revealed as a Traitor The final 3 'stick' Meryl and Hannah lose and Will wins as the last Traitor standing
December 22, 20222 yr Not reading anything posted so far but I’ve just started this (it’s not my fault I’m not in the uk so I haven’t been able to watch it until now) and I’m hooked.
December 22, 20222 yr I know they're not the brightesy bunch but isn't it setting the faithfuls up for failure if they are going into tonight thinking there's one traitor when there's two?! Like....that doesn't reaaaally seem too fair imo!
December 22, 20222 yr I know they're not the brightesy bunch but isn't it setting the faithfuls up for failure if they are going into tonight thinking there's one traitor when there's two?! Like....that doesn't reaaaally seem too fair imo! That's just what they're working from though - I guess (like most of the votes/ reasoning) they need to actually think properly that there might be more than 1 Traitor there. As they actually didn't know how many there was to begin with - Claudia could've touched 4 people's shoulders at the beginning - they don't know for certain anything.
December 22, 20222 yr They told them when Alex is getting recruited though, idk, it seems.like favouritism to me really. But I know people won't agree.
December 22, 20222 yr Happy with that result, although it was all down to Kieran in a sense I do think Hannah lead that. I'm surprised at her reaction though, I thought she would be fuming? I know she doesn't follow him on anything now though so maybe she was fuming and just didn't process it. I wish we had a reunion show!! Meryl is still seeking multiple brain cells however.
December 22, 20222 yr Ok so lots to unpack with that :D I think I did a complete 180 on who I wanted to win during this (well ish). For me Will has been a fantastic player throughout, but he majorly overplayed that last day and should've kept Kieran on side. Kieran though I thought had completely messed it up, but his parting vote/ comments regarding Will was his best moment. I wanted Will to win going into tonight, however by the end of the first round table, I was willing Aaron and Hannah to continue with the game. Thankfully Hannah (and Aaron) saw the light! I assumed Aaron had now chance of winning going into the ep, however I wanted him too - so was good to see him victorious. Meryl was also there :D feels like she doesn't deserve the money as everything is kinda owed to Kieran, Aaron and Hannah. Excellent series though!
December 22, 20222 yr Author Wow, I think Kieran made the best move of the entire game with simply two words - parting gift!!! Those were the only two words that won it for the faithfuls, good on them (Hannah and Aaron) for taking note of it and not forgetting about it. I was delighted to see the faithfuls win as I feel like, in the end, they did wake up and smell the coffee, and Hannah and Aaron in particular were defining characters throughout the season (and Meryl seems very lovely so happy for her too). Kinda love that Wilf's paranoia and tendency to throw his allies under the bus was his downfall in the end, and what gave Kieran the motivation to sabotage him. Wilf definitely went off the rails after the roundtable and that just sealed the deal unfortunately. It's a team game even for the traitors, bad luck to Wilf but well played Kieran. What a show, I feel elated after that final! What am I gonna do with my life now

December 22, 20222 yr That was such a good episode! I'm so glad Hannah and Arron won, Arron's little face buzzing to tell his mum  Meryl has been one of my least favourites through the series, she's a fud but meh  I don't think Wil is actually a nice person, all that stuff about being happy for the three to win it seemed fake af to me, if he genuinely felt like that he wouldn't have said he'd fall out with them if they voted him out  his whole personality shifted within seconds with that reveal, I get he was playing a part but still - not a fan, I'm glad he didn't win honestly They definitely should have had Andrea there instead of Meryl
December 22, 20222 yr Kieran played that roundtable very well when it became clear very quickly that Wilf had engineered the vote to oust him. Definitely the best thing Kieran did all series and I'm glad that Hannah & Aaron weren't drawn into Wilf's last ditch attempt to survive (even if predictably Meryl was lol). I just hope series 2 doesn't disappoint after the show has set such a high bar for itself now with this first series.
December 23, 20222 yr I’m not sure how I feel about that ending! It kinda feels like Kieran just told the others that Will was the traitor, rather than the faithfuls deducing it themselves, which doesn’t seem in spirit with the game really.
