It was nice to see Steps back together, but the way the company edited it was hideous. Made the arguments and tension seem far worse than it actually was. Even the band weren’t happy with the edit - more so in the tour one I grant you though.

I did not know they were not happy with the edits but I really enjoyed all the episodes.

I haven’t actually watched the tour one yet. I should probably make the time to watch it.

I actually think the hideous documentary helped wonders; they united in their hatred of it haha!

 

 

None of them seem particularly fond of it now do they.

The tone of both documentaries did lean towards being negative and sensationalist, but I suppose that's what made them hit shows!

There was sensationalist elements in it and i sometimes felt Lisaas tears were forced in some parts.

The documentaries highlighted the issues they had but more importantly showed how they overcame them.

It all came good in the end, i sometimes wonder though which members are closest to each other, in a group of 5 (even in a regular friendship) many have a bestie or a fave.

I’m just happy they worked it out ‘real life’. Otherwise we wouldn’t have had them around this long the second time around!

For some 2022 will be 'better best forgotten' as there were many 'tragedy' moments which left them feeling a 'deeper shade of blue' but for 2023 who knows 'what the future holds.' My advice live 'here and now', celebrate new beginnings on that dancefloor where you can 'stomp' the night away and have that extra drink because it's 'better the devil you know.'
