True part 1 will most likely hit gold way before part 2 hits silver, such a pitty to see part 2 so far away from certification as for me its the stronger of the 2.

While I appreciate having part 2 as its own album as I also find it stronger, I still say it should have been a re-release with a bonus cd, then they would have another Gold album from that era

Yes I agree a re release as part of part 1 would definitely have worked better and that release would now be easily gold.

What the Future Holds & What the Future Holds Part 2 ultimately would have sold more combined than Tears on the Dancefloor and TOTD Crying at the Disco Deluxe sold combined, so that’s probably the main thing to them. I’m assuming that the sales are ultimately more of a driving factor for them, than a higher certification.

By the way, WTFH2 would have been on 40k by the end of 2021 (the last figure we got of 36,943 in November 2021 was during a period when it was still selling around 1k per week).

And 40k+ is nothing to be sniffed at from where they are in their career.

Still, a silver certification would be nice!

Its def more interesting when you look at it that way, i do really love the TOTD era but overall i prefer the WTFH era so im happy from a combined point of few WTFH is ahead.
