For discussion of the new release schedule as well as a place to drop any new releases that aren't noteworthy enough to warrant having their own thread.

Let's also use this thread for any new remixes and alternate versions of existing songs.

Spotify's dance-focused version of New Music Friday, for reference:

Thanks Dan, ever the most reliable Dance moderator (sorry Lewis).

Is there anything you need me to post for this year? Should I make new Spotify playlists for 2023 which myself, JOTA and Cow Cow occasionally add covers, remixes and acoustics to?

a little valentines day present from Leaving Laurel, who you may recall from my Club Bizarre entry 'Winter In The Woods' - it is Gordon's first new material as a soloist keeping the name of the former duo (Pierce having sadly died before the debut album's release)

Well, I can't hold up much longer. I honestly wanted Sefa to have his own thread when I learnt that his remix of "Get It Crackin'" performed impressively at CB. I hope it's fine for the dance mods.

To strengthen my reasoning, he recently was nominated at a Dutch award this year:

Sefa nominated for the Edison Awards as first-ever Hard Dance act

With his nomination in the Dance category, Sefa has become the first-ever & only Hard Dance act in the running for the Edison Pop 2023 awards. This is a testament to his talent and unique approach to creating music that incorporates various genres. His nomination has been met with excitement by fans of the hard dance genre, who view it as a sign of recognition for Hard Dance.

Sefa’s album “Klaagzang” has been praised for its innovative blend of classical and hardcore elements. The harpsichord and Martini organ give his music a distinctive sound that sets him apart from other hard dance acts. The fast-paced beats and intense energy in his music have been described as “pulsating” and “electrifying.” These elements make Sefa’s music both exhilarating and thought-provoking, as he pushes the boundaries of what is possible within the dance genre.

The young producer’s approach to music has won him a devoted fanbase, and his nomination for the Edison Pop awards is seen as a major accomplishment. With his unique style, Sefa has proven himself to be a rising star in the dance music world. He has been praised for his ability to create music that appeals to fans of both classical and hardcore genres, and his nomination has been met with excitement by both communities.

Sefa’s nomination for the Edison Pop 2023 awards in the Dance category is a significant event in the music world. His unique approach to creating music have earned him recognition as one of the most promising young producers in the dance genre. Whether he wins the award or not, Sefa has already made a name for himself and has shown that there is a place for hard dance acts in the world of popular music.

His soundtracks of "Road of Defqon.1" are out tomorrow, featuring 3 new frenchcore/hardcore tracks and 4 scores:

Not a fan of the new Weird Genius release, but it sounds like someone would send it to BJSC (yes, please)

A bizarre dance track associated with horse racing:

Factor B's "Connection" gets a classic trance touch by Lostly. Sounds quite interesting:
