Borrowing inspiration from the Dance/Chart forum - vote for your favourite R&B/Hip Hop song of the week from the most notable releases

You can listen here;

I will try to keep this going as long as possible and hopefully have a poll at the end of the year from the most voted tracks.

Not the best selection this week unfortunately, imo at least.

I've listened to all of them now and my fave is by far and away FLO's remix of Hide & Seek.

We Caa Done is decent enough, then the rest are all mediocre or just awful lmao.

The Clavish & Potter tracks go hard, especially potter's one. We Caa done is meh, the rest are kind of meh. Maybe think about adding other tracks from across the world next time, good idea though :)

I couldn't really see any other notable releases! I'll make.sure to include as much as I can see though.

I quite liked all of them. None of them are anywhere near the artists worst.

M1llionz was probably just about my favourite.

Slightly late to this, but of all of them, I would agree Stormzy and FLO's remix of Hide & Seek was the best. I've been critical of Stormzy's overall third album sound and direction, but Hide & Seek is a wonderful track. One of his best ever actually. FLO fit in naturally to the melody and overall vibe so I was delighted to hear they would be collabing on this one. Look forward to more from them in 2023. Would love R&B to get a big UK revival this year.

Voted for Clavish - a bit surprised by that as I really didn't care for any of the previous charting songs by him but really enjoyed the production on this and actually enjoyed his flow/voice for once (have found it a bit jarring on previous releases). Finally seeing a bit of the hype behind him.

Stormzy/FLO was good too, liked the original song and I think the remix is a slight improvement. Popcaan and Potter were both decent, didn't get much from the rest.
