I love the breakdown coz it's extremely BLACKPINK. < 04 Finland - Käärijä - Cha Cha Cha > I like it up until about half way through and then the melody of the final choruses GRAB ME and I love it. April 16, 20232 yr Here's my first rank after listening to the official album but before the London Eurovision Party: Amazing 1. Sweden - Loreen - Tattoo (magical, again) 2. Finland - Käärijä - Cha Cha Cha (insane - can see this landsliding the televote still, hope the juries don't kill it off) 3. United Kingdom Mae Muller - I Wrote A Song (love Mae, love this song, hope she pulls it off!) Great 4. Norway Alessandra - Queen Of Kings (a CHORUS) 5. Austria Teya & Salena - Who The Hell is Edgar? (genius) Very Good 6. Malta - The Busker - Dance (Our Own Party) (really feels underrated, I know it's an attempt to encapsulate Daði and Sunstroke Project but for me it's pretty irresistible) 7. Germany Lord Of The Lost - Blood and Glitter (realised in the last few days that this is a really good metal track and should, I hope, not be another bottom five for Germany, might get a Rasmus kind of result?) 8. Iceland - Dilja - Power (solid from Iceland) 9. Denmark - Reiley - Breaking My Heart (I actually like this a lot even if it's vocally odd) 10. Belgium Gustaph - Because Of You (I love him as a person, and this is actually on reflection a very well produced early 90s house throwback) 11. Czech Republic Vesna - My Sister's Crown (this was touted as a winner for some time and it's still good, hope it does well) 12. France - La Zarra - Évidemment (classy disco pop) 13. Lithuania - Monika Linkyte - Stay (really liked her previous entry and this is pretty high in my affections too, midtable in the final maybe) 14. Azerbaijan TuralTuranX - Tell Me More (shame this is DOA as I like it more than most of their generic entries - the Kiss Me style chords <3) Good 15. Slovenia Joker Out - Carpe Diem 16. Armenia - Brunette - Future Lover 17. Israel Noa Kirel - Unicorn (I sort of love parts of this and not others, structurally it's a mess but I'm sure it will be a visual treat) 18. Ukraine TVORCHI - Heart Of Steel (pretty solid, very intrigued to see how this does on the televote, it's not like it doesn't deserve some success but it's not exactly a winner sound) 19. Spain Blanca Paloma - Eaea (maybe this will click with me more, it's super high in the odds and in fan affections - feels like I should love it but it's not there yet) 20. Portugal - Mimicat - Ai Coração 21. Australia - Voyager - Promise 22. Georgia - Iru - Echo 23. Netherlands Mia & Dion - Burning Daylight 24. San Marino - Piquet Jacks - Like an Animal (the lyrics are pretty cringey, knocking it down a few places as I actually really like the rest of it) 25. Latvia - Sudden Lights - Aija Ok 26.
