This was a solid debut - ITIL!

I’ve not listened to If This Is Love for a very long time, it was sadly overlooked for a place on the Now compilation of the time in favour of their follow-up single.

'Up' was a good follow up but never a huge favourite of mine as unpopular as that sounds :kink:

Up was surely their most widely recognised hit, which is surprising given how early in their career it came. Still sounds like a smash.

Their first top 5. I forgot 'If This Is Love' made 8. I thought it was top 5 for some reason lol.

That last album track was ok, but nothing special; I remember Issues doing quite well at the time, but it doesn’t feel like anything special now.

'Keep Her' is fine but nothing really impressing me about it oop.

I feel like everyone has a song in their back catalogue called Lies and this one is… nothing special on first listen. :(

'Issues' is a nice ballad imo. 'Lies' is good also.

Work is one of the strongest tracks from the album and a good single choice.

'Work' is a strong bop. Shame about the official peak being low. I guess it being the 4th release and charting with MJ passing effect didn't help but had a good run nonetheless.

I quite like the uplifting feel of Chasing Lights, and I would have picked it as a charity single over what was chosen which is still to come…

'Chasing Lights' is easily the best of the album tracks thus far.

Set Me Off sounded very impressive for an album track.
