March 23, 20232 yr Author 991.6K videos on TikTok already... :o Crikey! For comparison, 'Bad Habits' has 1.1m after being out for a year and a half.
March 23, 20232 yr I feel like there’s something fishy with that amount of videos on tiktok.. it had over 30k when he literally just released the snippet
March 24, 20232 yr Official MV: u6wOyMUs74I Basically the central themes in RAYE's "Escapism" thrown into a filter with "I Don't Care"'s production. I can already feel the absolute rage and vitriol this man is gonna get from the netizens on this site.
March 24, 20232 yr I'm not Ed Sheeran's biggest fan but I can see why many of his hits have been hits. Can't see it with this one yet. I'm sure it'll be a huge #1 though.
March 24, 20232 yr Probably one of the dullest songs I've ever heard to debut at #1 later. Will be interesting. We’re all presuming it’ll debut #1. I wonder though will it start there for 5+ weeks.
March 24, 20232 yr Really good song as expected but was hoping for a strong build up at the end and middle 8. The bridge is great though. Hope it does well mainly to annoy those who seem to constantly get worked up by him. The funny thing is, he seems to be one of the last artists to care massively about the charts, yet on a chart forum he gets slated for it. As Busted says yesterday, noone cares about the charts anymore so let's appreciate the one that does.
March 24, 20232 yr Have him blocked on Spotify alongside Jess Glynne and Anne Marie so my ears are free x
March 24, 20232 yr Just listening to this now and its doing nothing for me. I wouldn't say I'm Ed's biggest fan, but Bad Habits was an instant bop for me. This sounds like mid-album filler - so i'm sure it will be a massive hit Edited March 24, 20232 yr by ElectroBoy
March 24, 20232 yr I think it's alright, he's definitely released much worse than this (and also better)
March 24, 20232 yr It's nice enough, and a radio friendly hook as ever, but doesn't sound very 'lead single'. Maybe the rest of the album really is super uncommercial then if he's deemed this track to be the most hit sounding song. Willing to eat my hat on this, but there's no way it's a nine week No.1 hit. Might get a big opening week and a couple more weeks maybe, but the market will have to be in a real slump for it to get more than that, it just doesn't feel like a particularly huge track to me. March 24, 20232 yr Considering Overpass Graffiti and 2Step didn't reach #1 in the first place, it's too premature to shout that this will be a 5+ week #1 smash.
March 24, 20232 yr its quite boring... it doesnt really feel like it goes anywhere even with the build towards the end. hoping the album overall is better but considering this one is described to be a bit of an outlier on the album i have hopes!
March 24, 20232 yr Considering Overpass Graffiti and 2Step didn't reach #1 in the first place, it's too premature to shout that this will be a 5+ week #1 smash. Both post albums single though. And I. Sure he’s leading with his most commercial strongest song. Happy to be wrong though.
March 24, 20232 yr I’m sure it’ll go number one but it absolutely won’t be a megahit on the level Bad Habits and Shivers were, it really lacks a punch.
