Sadly it's quite a bit weaker in today's update than the previous Saturday, and it makes me think that tomorrow's position is going to be quite a bit worse than it only just being outside the Top 50.

Week 10 though, those numbers for Kylie are insane. I can't be negative about it.

Yes i know we cant be can we!! Crazy, i just dont want it to end, its like being back early 2000s and the Spinning Around comeback after many had written her off from the charts.

 

The Good thing is now with the album launch etc all the advertising can say including the hit single Padam Padam and no one can argue that point.

 

I hope still there is a chance it can grab a TTH place on Spotify based on the work they are putting in over in the States.

 

 

Interesting stats, seems that PP peaked 5 weeks ago already, thought more recent. The album release will obviously give a boost by default.

That's about 15k down from last Saturday, damn.

 

We're up one to #19 on Apple Music though despite the Barbie onslaught.

For sure, although I posted that not to be negative, but in terms of impending ACR (which I guess we all want it to avoid, but the early signs so far is that it may not avoid it, unfortunately). So this week could be Padam Padam’s last hurrah! Which as you say, is great in week 10.

78 (+7) Spotify Netherlands new peak and now nearly 43k a day

 

 

Could they release a few of the other edits to Spotify tomorrow to grab a few more sales/streams (dub mixes, extended Jax mix, some kind of HAAi edit? BMG i guess are reactive usually, but maybe they are not bothered about ACR?

 

Quick question, how does a song come off ACR, is it possible?

 

i) Automatic Reset – a track within the Top 100 on ACR and which is within 3 years of release can automatically

return to SCR if it’s streams total increases by 25 percentage points greater than the streaming market change

week on week. For example, a track with a week on week variance of +14%, in a week where market variance

is -11%, would be automatically reset.

 

Just found the above...... so it is possible that PP could be reset if album / u k promo grows

The most likely time if any would be album release week but otherwise it would be a really tall order.

I am hoping the market variance is minus this week compared to last to help Kylie potentially avoid ACR but I guess we will get our first indicarion tomorrow ,if we are very lucky hun.

I suppose if PP came off ACR on album release week and got some big streams + maybe a vinyl release that week could see it has a triumphant return to the Top 40 which would be news in itself

I'm really over the moon with how steady its holding here in Ireland especially when nothing from golden or disco could even scrape into the top 100, like many other countries it's such a great turnaround and how amazing to see that 2023 kylie is on track to achieve one of her best selling singles as its now likely to be among her top 10 career best sellers in the UK.
