Posted December 31, 200619 yr Happy New Year and Welcome to Buzzjack’s Sunday Chart Show Thread! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v679/russy68/bjsct.jpg Singles Chart: http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/88697050872.JPGhttp://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/1714832.JPGhttp://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/DATA138CDX.JPG No genuine Midweeks this week means that I will take a total guess and predict that Leona, Take That and Sharam will be in the Top 3! Sharam - Party All the Time: w5Kh5l-i4i8 Albums Chart: http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/1715551.JPGhttp://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/RKIDCD361.JPGhttp://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/WESTLOVEPRECD.JPG Relatively unchanged albums this week, I will guess, but of course the sales and what people really wanted for Christmas could change all that! Oasis - The Masterplan: dxa0K1wHO-w Don't forget that Radio 1 will also be counting down the Top 40 selling singles of the year, so predict away at that if you wish as well :P Happy New Year from all the Chart Chat Team, and thanks for your continued support, it is appreciated. Discuss the live countdown, make your Top 5 predictions, sit back, relax and enjoy!

December 31, 200619 yr Author I'm going to take a total guess at the Top 5: 1. Leona (very likely, as she sold 570k last week!) 2. Take That (strong sales last week) 3. Sharam (last weeks highest Downloads only) 4. Cascada (the sort of song that climbs!) 5. Girls Aloud (they were so close behind McFly last week)
December 31, 200619 yr I'll be very surprised if Sharam is top ten. My guess: 1. Leona 2. Take That 3. Cascada 4. Girls Aloud 5. Akon
December 31, 200619 yr Yeah, tracks like Akon, Booty Luv, Nelly, SS, Beyonce and Razorlight will probably benefit from two *free* days when the shops were shut, but downloads still counted.
December 31, 200619 yr I Hope soo She was number 3 on The Hits download chart, and they usually are the proper chart
December 31, 200619 yr another Sunday, another chart thread! Happy new year! Listening to some kasabian first though B)
December 31, 200619 yr In the Top 40 Singles, there are 3 New Entries and 6 Re-Entries. Thanks to foxtrot at chc for that chunk of juicy gossip :D
December 31, 200619 yr Eric Prydz and U2 might appear on downloads somewhere If I start talking gibberish, I've lost it :hic:
December 31, 200619 yr Author I also read that U2 wasnt one of the new entries  Hmmm, I would guess that Eric Prydz is one of those!
December 31, 200619 yr In the Top 40 Singles, there are 3 New Entries and 6 Re-Entries. Thanks to foxtrot at chc for that chunk of juicy gossip Oooooooooh interesting, this happened last year when Sugababes, Kelly Clarkson, Kaiser Cheifs and Kanye West re entered
December 31, 200619 yr Oh yay :cheer: Top 10 of the year bound to be 01 - Gnarls 02 - Leona 03 - Shakira 04 - Scissors 05 - Sandi Thom 06 - Infernal 07 - Nelly Furtardo 08 - Take That 09- Rihanna 10 - Dustbin I predict Sham will be #12ish - songs released the week after christmas tend to normally miss the top 10 ie Hard-Fi last year. Also think Shakira, Justin Timberlake, My Chemical Romance and High School Musical are dead certs for a top 40 re-entry whilst Razorlight & Scissor Sisters in particular should climb massively in the top 40. :D
