July 21, 20233 yr 'Talibans' liking its odd numbers x Assuming the Burna Boy remix will be combined, odd that Byron is demoted to second billing on it though. Good to see it cracking the top 30 this week anyways. I guess Stephen Sanchez is back off to ACR now but nice that he got 4 more weeks in the top 30 rather than completely plummeting.

July 21, 20233 yr Disconnect is Becky's best in a while imo, great to see such a strong start for it
July 21, 20233 yr Author This definitely feels a bit different for Becky which is great, though I find her a bit shrieky in the chorus :(
July 21, 20233 yr Not heard 'Disconnect' yet but thanks Becky for getting Chase And Status back in the top 40 for the first time in a decade after 'Mixed Emotions' narrowly missed out!
July 21, 20233 yr hooray for Becky instantly out-doing Side Effects already with Disconnect and Chase & Status getting their first top 40 hit in TEN years (oh my) it to go top 10 please to encourage Becky to stick to putting out more energetic songs
July 21, 20233 yr I like this new one from Becky on first listen. Showing some personality finally in her music. Chase & Status are legends.
July 21, 20233 yr Lyrically this is pretty bad but it bangs a bit more then recent to Becky's recent material thank to C&S and Talibans is likely to have a lengthier run than Last Night so my point stands I wasn't disputing your point at all, it will most certainly happen. I was just adding that this isn't the first instance of this in 2023

After establishing himself in 2015 with a series of freestyles and early singles, such as the heavily streamed "Lean & Bop," he broke through with his 2017 debut full-length, Common Sense, which hit the U.K. Top Ten and earned a shower of critical acclaim, garnering a Mercury Prize nomination, among other accolades. His 2020 follow-up, Big Conspiracy, was an even greater success, topping the U.K. album chart and featuring the Top Five single "Must Be." Momodou Jallow was born and raised in Stratford, London by his single mother. Influenced by 50 Cent, he began rapping, and went professional thanks to the help of two friends, who formed 2K Management. In 2015, they recorded a handful of demos and uploaded them to the Web, cut the single "So Paranoid" with London rapper MoStack, and uploaded a set of videos, including "Dem Boy Paigon." The latter was an instant street hit and quickly earned over a million views. J Hus then dropped his debut mixtape, The 15th Day, as well as the non-album single "Lean & Bop" (his first release on Sony imprint Black Butter Records), which was streamed several million times. J Hus began 2016 with the single "Friendly," and the three-song Playing Sports EP soon followed. The burgeoning star had a busy year in 2017, as he featured on the Nines track "High Roller" and Dave's hit "Samantha," as well as Stormzy's "Bad Boys" from his hugely successful Gang Signs & Prayer record. In May 2017, Hus released his debut LP, Common Sense, which featured guest spots from MoStack, Burna Boy, Tiggs Da Author, and MIST. The album was recognized with a Mercury Prize nomination that same year; in 2018, it won Best Album at the NME Awards, and garnered the rapper three Brit Award nominations. July 21, 20233 yr Really Chase & Status' first top 40 appearance in 10 years? :owell just about, 'Alive' peaked in early 2014. 'All Goes Wrong' in 2016 I feel was robbed of a top 40 position by getting caught in the transition from downloads to streaming, it only peaked at #65 but I think it's outsold a few of their top 40 hits.
July 21, 20233 yr I've heard clips of the songs from the J Hus album, sounded like quite a mixed bag but I think both of the album tracks that have charted were among the better sounding ones (especially 'Masculine', shame that's been skipped).
July 21, 20233 yr Author 22 | | 1st week Troye Sivan Rush 1st single from Something To Give Each Other Released: 13th July 2023 Label: Black Butter Chart Statistics NE (27/07/2023) | 22 Sales: - Certification: - Status: Standard Chart Ratio 00 Sales 00 Audio Streaming 00 Video Streaming Video b53QJYP-lqY Biography Pop star Troye Sivan voices the concerns of the internet generation. The Australian actor, singer/songwriter and YouTuber, born in Johannesburg, South Africa, in 1995, already displayed a natural command of the stage at just 11 years old, when he delivered his first of a series of much-lauded performances at the 2006, 2007 and 2008 Channel Seven Perth Telethons. His ability to capture an audience won him views on social media, a platform he used to both propel his singing career and as a confessional; he came out publicly as gay via a YouTube video when he was 18 years old. His 2015 debut LP, Blue Neighbourhood, effortlessly landed him in the spotlight, with songs like “YOUTH” and “WILD” serving as the perfect introduction to his brand of sleek, honey-coated synth-pop. His follow-up, Bloom (2018), proved that he could also play well with others, namely pop titan Ariana Grande for their mesmerising duet, “Dance to This''. This knack for collaboration would have him working with a constellation of the era’s most talented stars like Charli XCX on 2018’s iconic throwback anthem “1999” and Lauv on 2019’s “i’m so tired…”, a groovy and relatable anti-pop song where both artists boldly claim to be “tired of love songs”. An icon of queer representation, Sivan has been open about his sexuality and has graciously used his platform to support other LGBTQ artists and causes. - Apple Music Top 100 Chart History 2014 86 Happy Little Pill -1- 2015 62 WILD -1- 2016 96 YOUTH -2- 2017 40 There For You (Martin Garrix & Troye Sivan) 2018 38 My My My! -1- 2018 64 Dance To This (feat.
