It's quite bad and I hate saying that because I love Ella henderson. Dance the night has taken its time to grow on me but here we are. It was a very instantaneous growth as well after finding it bland for so long! Cruel Summer :wub: superb sing from such a great album. Unhealthy is a class single, deserves to do even better in the UK charts! I missed that lounge thread featuring Inner Smile - it's my all-time fave Texas song and is high on my all-time faves list too. I adore Texas, I realise some not so keen on their more soulful-poprock sounds but as I was reminded yesterday by a DJ who feels the same as me - everybody should go see them live, Sharleen has been an amazing live performer for over 25 years and their sets are buzzing in a live setting, the band kicks! Corinne's is very much a WTF moment, and I'm totally loving the raw punk energy of it - hard to get further away from Put Your Records On, I think :lol: I can see it's not going to be for everyone though... :) cheers! Glad you like Demi's Rock version, I've lately realised how much I miss blistering guitars in pop songs, this one, Fall Out Boy's and Corinne Bailey Rae's are a mini-comeback for me. REACT is pretty good, I think Children is so beloved it's hard to get beyond that for some, but as far as rehashes of the tune goes there is at least one stinker around so this is great in comparison :o :lol: I loved Bennie & The Jets from the moment I first heard it, it topped my personal charts along with the US charts in 1974, and I was mightily miffed it was thrown away on the B side of the maudlin Candle In The Wind, which I never liked much. I'm actually quite glad react hadn't gotten any higher than #26 here and hopefully it won't either. It's quite bad and I hate saying that because I love Ella henderson. Dance the night has taken its time to grow on me but here we are. It was a very instantaneous growth as well after finding it bland for so long! Cruel Summer :wub: superb sing from such a great album. Lover was a superb album and it's title track is one of my faves on there.
