I would think they are relying on the fan base to start the engine up initially and then roll out what ever they have planned in hope it will stick with people like padam padam did.

They had a much better build up with PP though with the low quality ‘leaks’ that really built up curiosity about the release.

I’m sure BMG know what they are doing though and know what a successful 2nd single would do for the overall campaign so hopefully they have a solid plan.

More build up before the official announcement could have built up further interest but BMG know what they are doing.

Looks like BMG had the hit they needed with PP and now its about the album sales and promo etc. With Las Vegas, An Audience, Radio 2 concert its looks more about selling brand Kylie than Tension? Not a bad thing.

Who gets the premiere of the new song? Will she come on Radio 2 and say Hi Zoe, see you tomorrow and here is my premiere of Tension? Agnetha from ABBA has her premiere after 8.30am on Thursday.....

Maybe Kylie is doing something else or a different station? I do feel she may struggle with playlists and streaming with this 2nd song. However her promo will help and they may put more money into pushing this as PP organically grew free of charge.

Lets see! all interesting

When Padam came out was it 6pm or midnight? If it's midnight it'll appear on Nz/Aus Spotify later surely?

Padam came out after the radio exclusive around 8.30am UK time on BBC Radio 2 on the Thursday. Video followed in the afternoon

Surely she will have some kind of Premiere? She usually does

Maybe BMG have something up there sleeve. Maybe a different radio station, a YouTube clip? A streaming platform exclusive?

Can't see it just coming out at midnight with no fanfare, especially when she is on Radio 2 on Friday...

Grrrr this is so frustrating!

It’s almost feels as if BMG are going to be like ‘here’s the single’ and that’s it…

I know they want the album sales etc., but I would’ve expected more of a build up and a few social media teasers seeing how so many lapsed and new fans are invested in the Tension era following on from PP - even if they are not bothered about hit singles they should be capitilising on the new found singles chart success and ride the wave.

Watch them delay it. :kink:

I actually wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t for the fact that she’s announced to be on Zoe Ball’s show on Friday.

Do you think Agnetha Faltskog could be the feature on Hold On To Now and it premieres tomorrow lol on Radio 2 when she is on? I love these wacky ideas

I would be happy for a Friday release to be honest.

Maybe it will be next week now when the Royal Albert Hall tickets are on sale?

No, Agnetha’s single ‘Where Do We Go From Here?’ has already been announced ahead of Thursdays premier.

5pm on Thursday though so we can all wait until midnight to download everyone. Just stream from 5pm and also watch the video.

That will tie in nicely with her Radio 2 promo Friday morning
