The Ed signed singles were sent via EVRI - they obviously strike some kind of deal and take any hit as ‘marketing’ costs for a #1, on the flip side EVRI ‘lost’ all 10k copies of one of Ed’s singles and the label had to get them re-pressed and signed again as they had already been reported and counted towards the OCC.

They should offer you the option to pre-report your item as lost the moment you know it's assigned to them :drama:
