I dont believe the Padam CDs were limited to 2 per person as I bought more than 2 of those. Cassettes 100% were 2 per person.

 

I think Padam CD sold out week 1 of its physical release so there were a few days of the sold out physical CDs.

Yes, you’re right, just checked my orders for the CDs and the first order I placed was for 3 of them.

I see it's down to 3 on itunes now, hopefully it gets back to 1 again.

Last week the No10 song sold 20,324.

 

Padam sold 4,601 downloads in its 1st full week, I’m expecting more for Tension as d/Ls were held back until Friday & a bigger base after Padam’s success.

Padam did 2,600 CDs in 1st week but there was only 1 variant & think someone said it sold out & wasn’t available for a few days. With 2xCD I’m hoping for 5k CDs.

Tension is off to a better start than Padam on streaming chart places & video reached 1m quicker so >10,000 chart equivalent sales.

I really think top 10 is realistic!!!

 

Maybe if it’s looking close by tomorrow they could release the extended mix for download too to push it over t’edge.

 

I do think this is a bit optimistic given ‘Padam Padam’ held #1 on iTunes all week whilst ‘Tension’ is down to #3 already. I’m predicting maybe 3.5-4k downloads for the week given the hold back, but the downloads definitely seem down from Padam.

 

Also I just don’t see the amount of a campaign like last time for CD’s. The bundles should help but I can maybe see 3.5-4k for CD sales if shipped on Thursday. So around 7-8k added from downloads and CD’s together.

 

I’m predicting a total of around 13-15k overall for the end of week total, which would have charted somewhere between #17 and #21 last week. I think it should manage low top 20 this week, but definitely can’t see a top 10.

Yeah, I'm thinking anywhere between 15-20. They reduced it to 59p on Tuesday last time, so I don't know what they're waiting for!

Hopefully they see Tension has fallen to 3 on ITunes and they get it reduced to 59p at some point today.

I do think she should have brought someone to the track that radio 1 plays. If this was with Ariana, it would be top 5 this week alone. It's what Lady GaGa did to get a no.1

I'm more than happy with how it's doing without the need to tack someone like Ariana onto it.
