Thought it would be nice to have a thread to post the songs that didnt make it onto Tension, i will start it off with running, as i previously posted i think it should have made the album, hello i more understand why it didnt make the album but i do like it, the chorus is catchy enough.I also found a short clip of a song called Piano that i wouldnt mind hearing in full. Vegas Baby again not a bad song but its no Vegas high but songs like this i would be happy to see as b sides on the physical singles.

 

 

 

 

'Hello' to me sounds more like an idea/experiment than a fully formed song.

I really like ‘Running’ but the fan reaction to it would have you believe it was the second coming - when she announced the webstore download literally every comment was begging for ‘Running’, it’s good but…

I am a fan of running myself, yes there is better on the album and also there are songs much weaker than it. Hello has a catchy chorus in the ring ring ring but it does feel like a song that could do with more production but i do like it.

I like Running, but it's not up with the quality of the album and the deluxe tracks we have now.

Is Tears Of Joy also an outtake from the Tension sessions?

I like drum but that’s now been included on the digital deluxe. Not fussed about any of the others but interested to see what else might be lurking in the faults.
