M83 is described as a "he" on the official website, so I'd say its fine:

M83 announces the details of his new full-length album, FANTASY. In addition to this news, M83 has shared the sweeping, transformative first cut “Oceans Niagara”. Accompanying the track is a video directed by his long-time creative collaborator, filmmaker (Knife + Heart, You And The Night) and brother Yann Gonzalez.

Why is there a big blank space between Thom Yorke and Skepta?

All generally good artists today but don't think any would have made my votes (Stormzy might have a few years ago but he seems intent on moving in a less and less interesting direction with each album). I didn't know Thom Yorke ever had a solo top 40 hit either.

Thom Yorke and M83 are both essentials! Wasn't expecting either to do particularly well but had hoped that maybe M83 could scrape a little bit higher than this.
Never actually heard any solo Thom Yorke stuff despite being a massive Radiohead fan. For years were my favourite band.

The Eraser (album) isn't too far removed from Radiohead, if you liked the 00s Radiohead sound. I really like the Anima album too, but it's definitely more grounded in electronica... although tbh it's also not a million miles away from a Radiohead album, just the more experimental tracks.

Stormzy not even top 100 is a surprise!

BIGGEST HIT: WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH, THE TOUGH GETS GOING (#1, 1986)

Luther deserved top 100 !!
Some huge names there - Dizzee Rascal, Paul Simon and Luther!
How did I forget to vote for Sam Ryder, he’d be in my votes for sure 🙈

Dizzee Rascal's Bassline Junkie is so popular among the hardstyle fans. Shame it wasn't Buzzjack's fave.

Also forgot to vote for Sam Ryder. :o

Chris Brown almost top 100 it was such a surprise for me.

Paul Simon also being completely overlooked last time :o Glad that's been corrected now! Although I'm really only a fan of 'You Can Call Me Al' which wasn't enough to make my list.

I also really like 'Mother And Child Reunion' and 'Me and Julio Down By The Schoolyard' but yeah that's still nowhere near enough to even be close to making my list!

Graceland and Rhythm of the Saints were both good albums - I haven't heard any of his others but he's definitely more than worthy. Vampire Weekend clearly owe a huge debt to him.

Really? I can't hear the influence at all but then again I can't profess to knowing much of Paul Simon's discography!

Have a click through some of the track previews on his Rhythm of the Saints album... obviously his production is far more dated than theirs but I could easily imagine Ezra singing them and it becoming a Vampire Weekend album.
